Born to Frank Winston Richmond A.A regional manager G.R.B rice mills region #2 and           Patricia Cornelius at Anna Regina Essequibo coast guyana. Started his schooling at the Anna Regina nursery then went on to the Anna Regina primary school. Mr. Richmond completed  his primary education at the jacklow primary school where he wrote the national grade six examination back then the S.S.E.E examination. He was awarded a place at the Abrams zuil secondary school and went on and completed his secondary education at the said school in the year 2000. Mr. Richmond wrote the carribbean examination councle CXC examination in the year 2000 and was successful in passing all eight subjects he wrote with good grades. In the same year he started teaching Industrial Arts at the charity secondary school. In the year 2008 Mr. Richmond was employed by Five Cays Housing Development a construction company located in Provodenciales Turks And Caicos Island B.V.I as an apprentice working alongside project managers and engineers from Croatia. It didn't take long for his bosses to be impressed by his work and recommendations from the professionals Mr. Richmond was handed a job to manage and perform the work of quantity surveyor at the La Vista Azul  condominium site phase 2 in Turtle Cove Provodenciales.
